From humble beginings

Camphor Laurel is naturally anti-bacterial due to the natural oils in the
timber, and has been considered the most effective food preparation
surface with regard to reducing microbial growth.

Wood cutting boards also protect your knives and won’t dull them like ceramic or glass cutting
boards. Camphor Laurel is completely biodegradable and renewable.

To wash your board, use warm water and little soap – and leave to dry in a dry area. The board is initially coated with Grapeseed Oil, and whenthe timber starts to look dull, re oil with Grapeseed Oil. Rub the oil into the surface and wipe off any excess.

It is preferable to use Grapeseed oil over vegetable oils as most other vegetable oils will go rancid in the wood after a period of time.

DO NOT soak, or put in the dishwasher, the board will deteriorate quicker
– and there is no need as the board holds antibacterial properties naturally for life.

If your board starts to feel furry, simply use a 240 or 400
grit sandpaper to give it a quick sand – and re oil after.

Personalised Orders

Personalised orders usually take 5-7 business days to be dispatched. Any orders with custom Epoxy Resin can take up to 14 working days to be completed as they are individual, one off items and we are working with a natural product. If you have a timeframe to work to just let us know and we will do our best.

Delivery Confirmation

Tracking details for your order will be be emailed to your order email address upon dispatch of your order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 7 days. Returned goods must be in the original packaging (Un Used) With the order confirmation included

Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing, and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless the returned goods are deemed to be faulty.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and recomended to use Tracking

If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us and we will provide details on where to send your return.

Damaged Products

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear from it’s journey to you. However, if damage has occurred to the product(s) inside, please contact us and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order, provided we have not yet dispatched it. We will refund the cost of your order to the payment method used in your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
